Prudential will issue a SMS (“Redemption Notification”) to each Eligible Customer within 21 working days of the Eligible Customer completing the purchase of PRUSafe BreastCancer. Eligible Customers shall be solely responsible for ensuring that they provide Prudential with a valid phone number or email address for the purpose of redemption. The Eligible Customer agrees and accepts that Prudential will not be responsible for any consequences arising from his/her failure to provide Prudential with a true, complete and accurate phone number or email address and/or notify Prudential of any change(s) to his/her phone number and email address. Reward must be redeemed within two (2) months from the date of Redemption Notification. If an Eligible Customer fails to claim his/her Reward within the stipulated redemption period in the Redemption Notification, his/her Reward will be forfeited, and the Eligible Customer shall not have any claim against Prudential for such forfeiture. Further details of the redemption procedures will be set out in the Redemption Notification.
1Premium is based on female non-smoker, aged 20 – 25 ANB (age next birthday).
2The policy is automatically renewable on a yearly basis, up to age 39. However, premium rates and policy renewal are not guaranteed.
3Payout is subject to definition and conditions found in the policy document that can be downloaded from the Pulse by Prudential app. There is a waiting period of 90 days from the cover start date. Survival period of 7 days upon diagnosis of breast cancer is applicable before a claim can be made.
